Sapper of humanitarian demining

A professional sapper, Yuriy graduated from the Kharkiv Aviation Institute with a major in "Applied Mechanics."

At the Kharkiv National University of the Air Force, he attained the rank of junior lieutenant.

Certified by the Interregional Center for Humanitarian Demining and Rapid Response of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Yuriy brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
Before joining the UDS team, he actively participated in humanitarian demining.

For a sapper, the importance of possessing in-depth knowledge of the craft and unwavering dedication to the profession cannot be overstated.
"I chose this profession as a means of fulfilling my civic duty and contributing to this war of liberation. Victory is non-negotiable. However, everyone must comprehend the price at which it is bestowed upon us. Nowhere else in the world have there been, or are, as many mines and ammunition as on our land. The enemy endeavors to make us feel the aftermath of their defeat. Our mission is to eliminate this threat."
