Head of Humanitarian Demining Unit
Formerly a police officer, he worked in the State Security Service. Later, he transitioned to a security company where he held various positions for over five years, ranging from a regular patrol officer to a senior shift supervisor.
With years of experience in law enforcement, Valerii decided to dedicate himself to the important task of clearing Ukrainian land of war remnants. In 2023, he obtained a deminer's certificate from the Interregional Center for Humanitarian Demining and Rapid Response of the State Emergency Service.
Valerii believes that responsibility, precise execution of orders, caution, and self-development are essential qualities for a successful deminer.
"I want my homeland to be cleared of debris and I want the best future for the next generations of Ukrainians," says Valerii.
