Mokhnatyuk Dmitry

Medical Officer of Humanitarian Demining Unit

He received his education at the First Kyiv Medical College, specializing in General Medicine.

Before joining UDS, he served in the psychiatric department of the Central Hospital of the Northern Region.

During the occupation of the Kyiv Oblast, Dmitry became a Red Cross paramedic. He was part of the only team working in the occupied territory and carried out two humanitarian missions to Ivankiv.

Dmitry also helped create and maintain an evacuation corridor from the occupied territories of Vyshorod and Ivankiv districts. For his efforts, he received an award and a certificate from the Vyshorod District Military Administration and the Red Cross Society. Dmitry felt from childhood that his calling was to be a doctor.

In his opinion, it is important for a sapper to be calm, level-headed, and resourceful.

His dream is to see Ukraine as a model of prosperity and unity in the world.

In his free time, Dmitry enjoys sports, watching movies, and spending time outdoors.
