Necheporenko Igor

Igor Necheporeko graduated from the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2001. Later, in 2007, he obtained a master's degree from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in the specialty of "Public Service." In 2023, he completed his studies at the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection, earning a master's degree in "Public Administration and Management" (Management in the field of Civil Protection).

From 2001 to 2004, Igor served in the Civil Defense units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine, which provided him with practical experience in security and emergency response.
For over 15 years, he held managerial positions in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, where he was responsible for organizing and managing the civil protection system.
