Florko Nikolai

Head of Humanitarian Demining Unit

A father of many children, he is a veteran of the civil defense service. He served in the State Emergency Service for nearly 27 years, retiring as the head of the scientific and editorial department at the Lviv Department of Civil Defense and Disaster Management of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Mykola has dedicated his entire life to saving people and, even after retirement, continues to contribute to society.

He successfully completed training at the Interregional Center for Humanitarian Demining and Rapid Response of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kamianets-Podilskyi and received a deminer's certificate. He also holds a certificate for conducting non-technical surveys.
