UDS has completed demining of an additional 80 hectares of agricultural land near Snigurivka
This area was a zone of active hostilities from March to November 2022.
Demining was carried out in accordance with state contract No. 2024-03-R dated October 3, 2024, commissioned by the Humanitarian Demining Center.
An external quality control of demining was conducted on land plots with a total area of 80 hectares. The inspection was carried out by officers of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Center for Certification and Inspection.
Yegor Voloshin was the project manager for this field.
"21 sappers were involved in the demining operation. The following humanitarian demining processes were used: technical survey, demining using machines and mechanisms, clearing the area of hostilities, and manual demining," said project manager Yegor Voloshin.
Eduard Drach, Technical Director of UDS, expressed his gratitude to the sappers for their work: "I would like to express special gratitude to the team of sappers for their dedicated and professional work in difficult weather conditions."
UDS continues to work towards restoring war-contaminated lands to life.
