UDS employees receive awards from the Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim

For their high professionalism, dedicated performance of official duties, and significant personal contribution to the protection of civilians and territories under martial law, the First Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Heorhii Reshetilov, presented departmental awards and honorary certificates to UDS specialists.

Volodymyr Beshlei, Deputy General Director of UDS, was awarded the honorary distinction of the Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, “Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker,” III degree.

Honorary certificates from the Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration were also awarded to:

— Ihor Ovcharuk, Head of the Humanitarian Demining Department “East”;

— Ivan Zinenko, Humanitarian Demining Sapper (Demining Specialist) of the UDS Mechanized Demining Department.

For the past two years, UDS has been actively conducting demining operations across the Mykolaiv region.

During this period, a total of 4,645.73 hectares have been surveyed, including 3,100 hectares cleared free of charge for local communities. In addition, 783.7 hectares have been cleared of explosive hazards, including 116 hectares cleared free of charge.

As of today, 166 UDS specialists (sappers) are operating in the city of Snihurivka, Mykolaiv region. Over two years of activity, the company has paid UAH 35.8 million in taxes to the budget of the Snihurivska Territorial Community, ensuring stable local budget revenues and creating jobs.
