UDS Conducted an Information Session for the Starostas of the Snihurivka Community

Another awareness-raising session was held for the starostas of the Snihurivka City Territorial Community. Fourteen representatives of the starosta districts took part in the event.

During the meeting, participants discussed mine danger, safety rules when detecting explosive ordnance (EO), as well as the basics of tactical medicine and the algorithm of actions in emergency situations.

The event was organized at the request of the Snihurivka City Council and as part of cooperation with the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

🇺🇦 Increasing the awareness of starostas is an important component of the overall safety of the community. They work with residents every day, so understanding the risks related to explosive ordnance and having basic first-aid skills can help prevent many tragedies.

📌 It should be noted that UDS has previously conducted awareness training for: – employees of the Snihurivka City Council (20 participants), – staff of the Education Department, the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports, and community utility companies (34 participants).

Such initiatives will continue to contribute to the development of safe behavior skills and enhance the readiness of community members to act correctly in critical situations.
