A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between UDS and the GRACE Foundation.

This collaboration marks the launch of a pilot project in either the Kyiv or Mykolaiv region aimed at clearing contaminated community lands. The main goal is to restore safety for residents and create conditions for economic growth and agricultural recovery.

A CLEAR START TO JOINT ACTION

“Signing this memorandum marks the beginning of coordinated efforts. Together with the international charitable foundation GRACE, we are launching a pilot project that will return safety to communities, allow them to use their land again, and develop their local economies.

We work for results: from training sappers and drone pilots to preparing mechanized demining teams at our training grounds. This partnership gives us the opportunity to scale an approach that will profoundly improve the lives of people in affected regions,” — stated Serhii Simonov, UDS Commercial Director.

KEY AREAS OF COOPERATION:

🔹 Humanitarian demining by sappers and the mechanized demining team;

🔹 Attracting international grant resources and financial support from the foundation to implement community projects;

🔹 Joint development and implementation of programs in the mine action sector;

🔹 Training drone pilots for mechanized demining and NTS, including in forested areas;

The Memorandum was signed by:

UDS: Deputy CEO Volodymyr Beshlei GRACE Foundation: Executive Director Olena Lypivska
