Today UDS has received a certificate for the process of "underwater demining"
Underwater demining has become the eighth type of demining that UDS will carry out!
Our group of sapper-divers has successfully defended their knowledge and skills and confirmed compliance with the State Standards for Mine Action.
"Demining and cleaning rivers, lakes, ponds, canals, and the Azov and Black Seas is an extremely complex and dangerous task. We plan to carry out this process with maximum involvement of modern robotic systems. UDS has already demonstrated the effectiveness of such an approach on land using robotic machines. Now we will supplement our toolkit for water bodies," said the CEO of UDS.
The company already employs 5 sapper-divers who have the appropriate skills and experience.
"This is a difficult and exhausting job that requires physical health, a stable balanced character, and high professional training. This is a job for real men. UDS plans to start demining water bodies this winter," emphasized Eduard Drach, technical director of UDS.
Currently, UDS is the leader in humanitarian demining in Ukraine and the largest national mine action operator with a full range of demining processes!
