The second wave of training under the program "Basic Processes of Mine Action" has started
As part of the first wave of the program, 29 of our deminers were trained. Currently, another 40 UDS deminers have joined the program to learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) in humanitarian demining, as well as basic procedures developed by UDS.
The program aims to improve the participants' skills in humanitarian demining and provide them with the necessary skills in occupational safety and first aid.
The aim of this training is to raise awareness of mine action and ensure their ability to effectively cope with current situations. Mastering standard safety procedures and skills by deminers is a top priority to minimize risks in the event of explosive hazards.
