The cost of Germina in its minimum basic configuration is €500,000
Production of the first batch of 20 Germina machines is nearing completion.
At €500,000, Germina is almost twice as affordable as foreign counterparts. This was announced by UDS CEO Oleksandr Liiev during a meeting with a delegation of British parliamentarians.
The head of UDS introduced the guests to the technical specifications of the machine, manufactured by the Kramatorsk Heavy Machine Tool Plant (KZVV), and highlighted its unique features.
He emphasized that Germina is fully adapted to Ukrainian conditions — capable of operating effectively throughout the year at temperatures ranging from –30°C to +40°C. The machine demonstrates high productivity — up to 1 hectare per hour, made possible by its powerful “American heart” from Caterpillar, Danish hydraulics by Danfoss, and Italian chassis by Track One.

The British delegation included:
▫️ Helen Maguire — Member of the UK House of Commons, Chair of the APPG on Explosive Weapons and Their Impact;
▫️ Baroness Natalie Bennett — Member of the UK House of Lords;
▫️ Cameron Thomas — Member of the UK House of Commons, member of the Parliamentary Environmental Audit Committee, and Deputy Chair of the APPG on Climate, Nature, and Security.
💬 We are grateful to our British partners for their assistance and continuous support of Ukraine in the field of demining.
