Serhii Simonov, Commercial Director of UDS, held a working meeting with Oleksandr Pavlov, the newly appointed Head of the Snihurivka City Military Administration.

The parties discussed ongoing cooperation and agreed on key areas for further collaboration, including the provision of Non-Technical Survey (NTS) services for municipally owned land, as well as outreach and information support for local businesses and public institutions within the community.

Oleksandr Pavlov was appointed Head of the Military Administration by Presidential Decree on 2 July. A combat veteran, he served with the 425th Separate Assault Regiment "Skelia", where he sustained combat injuries. The former Head of the Snihurivka City Military Administration, Ivan Kukhta, has been appointed Head of the Pivdennoukrainsk Military Administration.

The new Head of the community highly praised UDS's performance in Snihurivka, noting that the company has achieved the strongest results among mine action operators in both Non-Technical Survey and humanitarian demining. He also highlighted UDS's significant contribution to the local budget as one of the community's largest taxpayers.

“We congratulate Oleksandr Pavlov on his appointment as Head of the Snihurivka City Military Administration. The Snihurivka community is a strategically important region for UDS, as it is home to our Southern Office. Our strong performance in Non-Technical Survey and demining is the result of our team's systematic work and well-established cooperation with the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, district authorities, and the leadership of the Snihurivka City Military Administration. We have already agreed on the first priority steps and will continue working together to enhance safety, support recovery, and promote the community's economic development,” said Serhii Simonov, Commercial Director of UDS.

Since the start of its operations in the Snihurivka community, UDS has contributed more than UAH 46 million in Personal Income Tax (PIT) to the local budget, including UAH 12.9 million (February–December 2024), UAH 22.9 million (2025), and UAH 10.3 million (2026).
