Mykolaiv Region: operations are ongoing at the Kuibyshevske Agro site

UDS deminers are carrying out humanitarian demining operations at the Kuibyshevske Agro LLC site in the Mykolaiv region, within the Snihurivka territorial community, near the village of Burkhanivka (Bashtanka district).

🔹 Area: 31.1880 ha

The works are being conducted through technical survey (TS) using the battle area clearance (BAC) method, in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures and the National Standards of the DSTU 8820 series.

⚠️ Threats identified on the site: — cluster munitions; — unexploded ordnance (UXO), Category II.

Kuibyshevske Agro LLC is an agricultural company whose core activities include the cultivation of grain, industrial, and oilseed crops, as well as their storage and sale. Therefore, clearing these lands is a crucial step toward the safe resumption of agricultural operations and the return of fields to productive use.
