Gender equality and development are integral components of UDS's work
At its meeting on 11 June, the UDS Supervisory Board, chaired by Yaroslav Nadia, approved the principles of implementation and compliance with the gender policy. Thus, the UDS management officially confirmed its policy of equal treatment in its activities.
The concept of gender equality at UDS is based on the principle of equal participation of men and women in the company's activities.
In implementing our gender policy, we adhere to the following principles:
✅ All people have an inherent sense of dignity and rights;
UDS always supports equal rights, prospects and status of men and women;
Each person, according to his or her individual character and situation, has unique characteristics, aspirations and talents.
And most importantly, UDS confirms its commitment to gender equality through actions, not words: today, one third of all employees of the company are women, including combat veterans. This, by the way, is in line with NATO's Women, Peace and Security programme.
