Clearance of the 180.7-hectare site for AGRO KMR LLC has been completed
UDS have carried out a comprehensive scope of demining and clearance operations across agricultural lands covering a total area of 180.74 ha in the Synelnykove district of Dnipropetrovsk region, farmed by AGRO KMR LLC.
The client for the project is the Humanitarian Demining Center.

The demining process encompassed 29 land parcel cadastral numbers and 5 polygons of potentially contaminated areas.
📊 Key results:
- 147.89 ha — released through technical survey and clearance operations;
- 32.85 ha — released following a repeated non-technical survey (NTS) of the area.
To accelerate the clearance timeline and minimize risks to deminers, Bozena 5+ and Germina demining machines were deployed. This enabled faster processing of large areas and effective preparation of the fields.
During the mission, deminers detected and destroyed 59 explosive hazards, notably 155 mm and 100 mm artillery shells, as well as 82 mm and 120 mm mortar rounds. Metal fragments and other dangerous explosive remnants of war were also removed from the fields.

“The greatest achievement of our work is that within just a few weeks, the agricultural producer will begin cultivating fields that posed a severe threat for a long time,” noted Volodymyr Beshley, Deputy General Director of UDS.
External quality control has already been successfully completed across the site's parcels, and documentation is currently being finalized to hand over the results to the client.
The conformity assessment was carried out by two accredited bodies: the Mine Action Center and the Interregional Center for Humanitarian Demining and Rapid Response of the SES of Ukraine.
