Today, UDS took part in the forum-exposition "Safety of the population in wartime. Cooperation between the State Emergency Service and communities".

Within the framework of the forum, our experts acquainted visitors with the operation of the Bozena remote demining machine.

During his speech at the forum, Oleksandr Liev, Director of UDS, spoke about the company's mine action activities and the results of the Bozena remote demining machine.

"Currently, UDS operates in Kyiv, Donetsk and Mykolaiv regions. Most often, we come across areas that have such a danger as anti-personnel mines, tank mines in the Mykolaiv region. And it is almost impossible to clean such areas without cars," Oleksandr Liev said.

"From May 1, we will be ready to demine 20 hectares per day," added the head of UDS.

With the help of Bozena machines, UDS sappers have already cleared 40 hectares of land in the Mykolaiv region.

He stressed that the field of demining is complex, new and extremely promising for Ukraine: "Ukraine's recovery begins with demining. It can't be any other way. The first to enter the contaminated area after the Armed Forces of Ukraine are the State Emergency Service and, mine action operators. To demine Ukraine as soon as possible, this market needs to be stimulated by the State. What's more, over time, we'll be able to sell our technology to the world."
