All demining operations at UDS sites have resumed, which were previously suspended due to difficult weather conditions (frozen ground).

Humanitarian demining operations have resumed in Mykolaiv and Kyiv regions. On March 1, the work leaders received an order from the UDS General Director to resume the operations. The personnel have already started carrying out the tasks.

Currently, UDS is working on 8 agricultural land sites in Mykolaiv and Kyiv regions, covering a total area of 1143 hectares.

The suspension of operations is still ongoing in Kharkiv region. There, the Eastern Humanitarian Demining Department will begin work at the end of March.
