ACC Ukraine and UDS deepen their strategic partnership
A working meeting was held between the leadership of UDS and the leadership of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, dedicated to strengthening strategic partnership and expanding cooperation in the field of humanitarian demining.
The meeting was attended by the Head of UDS, Head of International Cooperation at UDS Serhii Nerpii, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Andy Hunder, and Director of the Infrastructure and Security & Defense Committees at AmCham Ukraine Yana Hrytsenko.
The Head of UDS presented the company’s activities as a national mine action operator established with the support of American investments from UA SPECIAL GOODS TRADING, LLC (USA). Key areas of work were presented, including the use of mechanized demining systems, deployment of the Ukrainian remotely operated Germina-3000 demining machine equipped with an American Caterpillar engine, and implementation of комплекс humanitarian demining projects.
Among these projects are the reopening of Mykolaiv ports and non-technical survey of the Buzko-Dniprovsko-Lymanskyi Canal water area, demining of freshwater bodies and coastal areas of Ukraine, full clearance of the Snihurivska territorial community, humanitarian demining of the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, as well as clearance of forests in Mykolaiv region and other affected areas.
The parties discussed prospects for further cooperation, opportunities for joint initiatives, and continued implementation of innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of humanitarian demining in Ukraine.

It should be noted that President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Andy Hunder attended the field demonstration of the Ukrainian remotely operated Germina-3000 demining machine and personally familiarized himself with its technical capabilities.
UDS continues to expand international partnerships to support the safe recovery of Ukraine’s territories.
