A Two-Day Workshop for Demining Team Leaders Took Place at UDS
On October 29–30, UDS hosted a professional development workshop for demining team leaders. The event brought together 23 team leaders and 5 deminers currently undergoing training for leadership positions.
Over two days, participants worked on current challenges faced by field team leaders, including:
🔹 examining problem situations and real-life cases;
🔹 analyzing documentation and reporting, establishing a unified approach;
🔹 discussing inter-team coordination, identifying key risks, and ways to prevent them;
🔹 planning activities through the end of 2025.
The practical component included case-based exercises built on real sites. Teamwork enabled participants to develop shared standards and approaches that will improve coordination during demining operations.
Such workshops are an essential part of the systematic professional development of our specialists. They help build a unified professional culture, enhance safety, and improve work quality.
The core values at UDS are safety, professionalism, quality, and productivity!
