26 UDS employees are undergoing training at the National Academy of Internal Affairs
UDS sapper assistants are acquiring knowledge and skills at the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, after which they will be able to work as UDS humanitarian deminers.
The training course includes the acquisition of general and professional competencies in the profession of "Sapper (demining)". The curriculum complies with state standards and includes theoretical classes, practical work, and industrial practice.
This training will allow UDS employees to deepen their knowledge and skills necessary to perform the tasks of a sapper in the field. Particular attention is paid to mastering modern equipment and tools, as well as developing skills for independent performance of professional tasks.
The training course at the Academy will last about two months. During this time, students will undergo modular knowledge and skills assessment. The first state qualification exam will be held on February 15th. Only after successfully passing the exam will sappers receive certificates of completion.
"This is the first group of UDS employees to undergo training at the Academy. We can state that the Memorandum between the NAIAU and UDS is being implemented as planned," noted Volodymyr Beshley, Deputy General Director of UDS.
Recall that in November 2024, the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and UDS signed a Memorandum on cooperation in the educational and scientific-technical spheres, within which the NAIAU is currently implementing elements of dual training to provide professional and practical training for students studying in the profession of "Sapper (demining)".
