By the end of February, 2 Bozena demining vehicles are to arrive in Mykolaiv region.
At present, the WAY INDUSTRIES plant (Slovakia) has completed the production of two Bozena 5+ demining vehicles for UDS, which are to be delivered to Ukraine by the end of February. These demining machines are scheduled to be delivered in early March to the Bashtanka district, where nine humanitarian demining teams (72 deminers) will be trained.
Prior to the training, UDS deminers will conduct a technical survey and clearance of war remnants on a 2.8-hectare land plot in the village of Vysunsk, which is in the use of the Berezneguvata forestry.
Upon completion of the technical survey of 15 agricultural land plots in the village of Kyselivka, Mykolaiv district, with a total area of 171.8 hectares, the agricultural land to be cleared of mines using Bozena demining systems will be identified.
This is a humanitarian demining of agricultural land with a total area of up to 40 hectares using a mechanized method.
We plan to complete the work in April and May.
