11 More New Employees Join UDS
Eleven new employees have joined the UDS team.
Most of them have been hired as deminers, while the new recruits also include deminer assistants and a driver. This expansion is linked to the growth of our machinery fleet, particularly the addition of Germina remotely operated demining systems.
Each candidate successfully completed the recruitment process, including interviews, a medical examination, and a polygraph assessment. All new employees have been officially reserved from military mobilization in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation. Starting this week, they are joining our operational teams.

This month also marked another important milestone: four of our deminers have been promoted to Team Leaders. We are proud that the UDS team continues to grow not only in numbers but also in professional expertise.
Career advancement at UDS is accompanied by competitive compensation. Our salaries remain among the highest in the humanitarian demining sector:
- Team Leader — UAH 100,000 per month
- Deminer — UAH 75,000 per month
- Deminer Assistant — UAH 60,000 per month
