A Memorandum Signed with Brovary District Military Administration on Demining Cooperation
🤝 The document formalizes joint efforts to clear the region’s territory of hazardous remnants of war.
During a working meeting with UDS Commercial Director Serhii Simonov, Acting Head of the Brovary District Military Administration Yurii Onishchenko stated:
💬 "As of today, the issue of contamination in forest areas and water bodies in the Brovary district of Kyiv region with dangerous remnants of war remains highly relevant. These territories pose a potential threat to the local population, ecosystems, and the future development of communities."
According to preliminary estimates, over 2,000 hectares of forest areas require non-technical survey, followed by potential humanitarian demining, based on the results.
Additionally, an agreement was reached to identify hazardous areas of water bodies that also require survey.
It is worth noting that UDS is certified for nine humanitarian demining processes, including the “Underwater Survey and Clearance” process. We have a team of experienced professionals capable of completing this work with high quality, safety, and within a short timeframe.
